I ordered from Gracious Style and ended up needing to exchange one item. It all worked out in the end, but the return process was SLOWER than I expected. I had to follow up once to get things moving, which was a little annoying. Customer service was friendly enough, just not exactly quick. Overall, it was okay, but I definitely think they could make returns and exchanges easier.

I’m not convinced this was genuine. The packaging just felt off, and it definitely didn’t match what I expected based on how it was advertised. They make it seem like you’re getting the real thing, but when it showed up, it didn’t really live up to that promise.

In the end, I got my refund without any hassle. I was expecting it to take a while or involve a bit of back and forth, but it was actually sorted really quickly. Smooth experience overall

My order showed up on time, so that was good, but the packaging was kinda disappointing. The box looked a little beat up when it arrived, and one corner was crushed. Thankfully, everything inside was fine and nothing was broken.
For the price, I expected it to feel a bit more secure, maybe with more padding or a sturdier box. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t great either. Kinda feels like a 3-star experience for me.

The coupons actually worked, which was a nice surprise, and the prices dropped more than I expected. Checkout was easy too, no weird steps or anything. It’s not some fancy shopping experience, but i just wanted a good deal and that’s what I got

I ordered a set of dinner plates from Gracious Style, they turned out nicer than I expected. They have a good weight to them and don’t feel flimsy or cheap at all.

The finish is really clean, and the color was pretty much exactly like the photos, which is always a relief. I’ve used them a few times now and so far, so far, no chips, scratches, or weird marks.

They weren’t the cheapest plates I found, but the quality makes the price feel fair to me. I’m really happy with them and would definitely order from Gracious Style again

I ordered a few home stuff things from graciousstyle.com. Nothing major. Just pieces I liked. Prices felt fair overall. Some were a little higher than other sites, yeah. But they had a few items I wasn’t finding anywhere else.
Shipping was fine. No drama. Quality was about what I expected for the price. I’d say 4 stars. Not always the cheapest place. But if you catch a sale, or find something unique, it’s a good value.

I placed my order and the confirmation came in quicker than I expected, the processing part didn’t feel like it was dragging forever which was nice, then the shipping update showed up after a little wait, not instantly or anything but still reasonable. Overall it was a smooth experience, I just wish the tracking info had popped up a bit sooner

They do have a lot of choices, which is nice. I just felt like a few basic things were missing, unless I somehow overlooked them. Overall it’s decent, but kind of a mixed experience for me

My order from graciousstyle.com showed up with one of the items damaged, which was definitely frustrating. I had to send over some photos and wait a few days to hear back, but customer service did eventually get it sorted and sent me a replacement. It wasn’t the easiest or smoothest experience, but they did fix the problem in the end. I’d say 3 stars is fair

They kept me updated the whole time and got back to me quick whenever I had a question. No issues with any of that.

I used the site a while back, maybe in late March or early April, and overall it was decent. The layout was easy enough to use, but a couple of the brands I was specifically looking for weren’t available. Not a huge deal, but it was a little disappointing since I was hoping to find everything in one place.
